Everyone at the organization prepares themselves for this much awaited day. The company management plans a host of amusing activities for this day. It is a two day event where we go on outing to nearby places. Teams are divided randomly and they are given challenging and team building tasks.
Shamit Khemka, SynapseIndia Founder, also actively participates in various activities and gives motivational speech to boost everyone's morale.
In the evening, many fun filled and entertainment programs are held in which we all actively participate and dance to the theme of music. We all party hard till the end.
SynapseIndia celebrations help us to take a break from our day to day routine and keep boredom at bay.
